M28 W1 Squat Training

SQUAT TRAINING - Mesocycle 28 Week 1

Today's workout...

Overhead Squats:
155 x 3
155 x 3

Front Squats:
285 x 2
285 x 2
My entire template is going to be changing so I took it easy today.

Dumbbell Plate Pinches with 2 30 lbs Dumbbells:
1 + 2 + 4 + 2 + 2 + 2 = 13 reps
