FULL BODY TRAINING - Mesocycle 27 Week 1

Last night's workout...

Back Squats:
315 x 7
315 x 5
SOOO awesome!!!!

Weighted Dips:
+45 x 6
+70 x 6
+45 x 10
Wonderful!

Weighted Pull-ups:
+25 x 8
+35 x 6
+25 x 8
Decent.....all these were super-setted with Weighted Dips..

Very good workout.
