Military Press
Romanian Deadlifts
Barbell Rows
Suitcase Deadlifts
Barbell Complex with 100 lbs for 6 reps
Overhead Squats
Power Cleans
Military Press
Romanian Deadlifts
Barbell Rows
Suitcase Deadlifts
JM Presses
Fooled around with this and worked up to 95x7
