M21 W1 Back Training

Mesocycle 21 - Week 1

Beginning Thoughts:
Bad idea to go do this within 24 hours of my Deadlift Training....
Workout:
BodyWeight Pull-ups:
BW x 14 reps
BW x 11 reps
BW x 7 reps
Total = 32 reps
Terrible..

Dumbbell Rows:
120 lbs x 5 reps
120 lbs x 6 reps

Cable Wood Chops:
27.5 lbs x 12 reps
32.5 lbs x 12 reps
37.5 lbs x 12 reps
42.5 lbs x 12 reps
